Once they have collected their luggage go to the Hotel Reader Board on the wall. The Fiesta Resort is #16. Pick up the courtesy phone, dial 16 and they will be connected with the hotel's front desk. The front desk will give instructions on where to be picked up. The shuttle takes approximately 10 minutes to arrive a the airport. Shuttle directions to the airport: Guests need to sign up at the front desk in advance (at check in or the night before check out at the latest)
